The biggest cake we've made
Five tiers. Cascading sugar flowers, hand-painted. 220 guests. The bride sent us a photo from a magazine and said "but better." We took two weeks, baked twice (the first attempt collapsed at tier four — we don't talk about it), and delivered at 5am on the morning of.
She cried when she saw it. We cried a little when it left the studio. Best wedding cake we've made — until the next one.

Sent a Pinterest screenshot of a galaxy cake at midnight, had a quote by 8 the next morning. The cake was better than the reference. My daughter wouldn't let us cut it for an hour because she just wanted to look at it.
